Came to Clodius after having issues with the engagement and wedding rings my husband had purchased for me at Kay Jewelers. There were microscopically sharp edges to the back of the ring where the diamonds were set which caused irritation to my skin. At Kay we were told that I have an allergy to gold and that I should get a different ring, even though I know I do not have an allergy. The staff at Clodius was incredibly understanding and helpful in identifying the problem as an irritation, giving me direction on steps to take to heal, getting my ring surgically sterile, and smoothing out those rough edges that were causing me pain. I wish we had started our ring journey with Clodius to begin with! I especially appreciated that they were so helpful even though the jewelry was originally purchased elsewhere. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I recently needed my engagement ring resized in between quarter sizes (4.875 to be exact) and he did it perfectly, the size is precise and it looks very clean with no evidence of the cut and solder. He has also been very helpful with other specific requests I have made. No idea was ever turned down. If it was something tricky (such as black rhodium), he made sure I understood all the details and worked diligently to make my request possible upon verifying I would still be happy with it. If it was something their company couldn't execute, he was honest about it and pointed me in the direction of someone who could. Christopher is also very personable and communicative about repair timelines. Never had a bad experience here and I would absolutely recommend.

We went to Claudius to get wedding rings. It was a wonderful experience. Harley was very patient and knew what he was talking about, very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of jewelry, but especially wedding rings. Thank you for all your help Harley.

Looks like a brand new ring! ❤️ Thank you Christopher and the team at Clodius for resizing and repairing my wedding band. This ring has been passed down to me and is over 20 years old and now is in perfect condition for our May wedding. Great customer service and quality!!

They’re great! Just bought my black wedding band. They made me a custom wrist band. A custom ring. They’re all great there. They can help you whatever you need. Tim is excellent he made my bracelet and my ring and I also bought a couple watches

Christopher Clodius defines excellence in customer care and service in every detail. You truly feel like you're a valued customer. Tim Rampenthal is one of the finest designers and creators of custom designed jewelry. I have worked with him several times through the years and there is honestly no one that can touch him in his artistry. The Rings we designed together for my wedding were perfect and reflected the deeper multipke meanings I was after that were perfectly exhibited in the final work. This is the second custom piece I have done with Clodius & Co. Jewelers! First one was a map necklace for my wife for our anniversary last year and this one is a family ring for my wife's birthday. From coming in with a design idea and sitting down with Tim to make an idea a reality to finished product was such a great experience. The Clodius & Co. Jewelers team nailed it. My wife was in awe and absolutely loves it! I will need to come down and have it resized cause I brought in old rings that don't really fit but I am sure that will be just as smooth as this whole process was!
